Position Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week)
ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports the S&T Intelligence Liaison Office (STILO) for the ONR Front Office. The STILO Specialist will be responsible for drafting and publishing monthly S&T intelligence updates, working with the Intelligence Oversight Official (IOO), maintaining records of trainings, and offering day-to-day support and assistance. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, self-starter (motivated), and a team player. Candidates must have experience with all Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Draft and publish monthly S&T intelligence updates on 2 different classified networks (JWICS and SIPR).
· Track and follow-up on intelligence Production Requests submitted through the COLISEUM tasking system in support of intelligence requirements.
· Send calendar invites, track attendance, and manage clearances at various intelligence briefings for personnel.
· Work with the Intelligence Oversight Official (IOO) to update annual Intelligence Oversight (IO) training slides and post training file to TWMS.
· Track completions and maintain IO training records via TWMS and/or
completion certificates.
· Provide day-to-day support to the SCIF expansion efforts.
· Assist in managing the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) classified network presence.
· Process JWICS account requests; coordinate funding actions for JWICS with OCIO and the Office of Naval Intelligence; coordinate JWICS workstation tech refresh actions, to include purchase of hardware, and installation by Office of Naval Intelligence, and Update mandatory JWICS authorizations including Approval To Operate, TEMPEST review, and Removable Media Requirements.
Requirements
· A Bachelor's degree (Preferred majors include business, communications, or graphics design).
· Possess twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
· Experience with all Microsoft Office applications is required, experience with Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Acrobat is highly desirable.
· Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI level security clearance.
· Two (2) years of experience working at the TS/SCI level is highly desirable.
· An OPM Background Investigation completed within the last five years is required.
· Effective at working independently and collaboratively.
· Ability to complete tasks fast and accurately with minimal supervision.
· Ability to track and follow through on projects to completion.
· Superior organization and interpersonal skills.
