Park Pizza & Brewing Co., a vibrant neighborhood brewery and pizza kitchen in Lake Nona, is looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring outstanding service and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and develop front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams to uphold our hospitality standards.
  • Drive sales, manage labor and cost controls, and optimize overall restaurant performance.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and vendor relations.
  • Contribute to marketing and community initiatives to drive brand presence and guest loyalty.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, labor costs, and inventory.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of craft beer is a plus!
