We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to build strong, lasting client relationships. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and consistently driving sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as their primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Problem Solving: Use your problem-solving skills to address client needs and offer tailored solutions that drive business success.
- Time Management: Manage your time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meetings to meet or exceed sales targets within a set time frame.
- Effective Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and persuasive communication, both written and verbal, to clients and prospects at all levels.
- Negotiate Deals: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Adaptability: Stay adaptable in the face of changing market conditions and customer needs. Remain open to new sales approaches and tools.
- Networking: Leverage networking skills to build connections within the industry and promote the company’s products/services.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Maintain a results-oriented mindset, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to remain a trusted resource for clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.
