  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring proper functionality, data integrity, and user adoption.
  • Develop and implement automation workflows, sequences, and email campaigns to enhance customer engagement and streamline processes.
  • Customize HubSpot to align with Champions Funding’s sales pipeline, marketing strategy, and loan origination processes.
  • Oversee lead management, ensuring proper segmentation, tracking, and follow-up strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize CRM workflows and improve overall efficiency.
  • Generate and maintain custom reports and dashboards, providing insights on lead conversion, sales performance, and marketing ROI.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with mortgage industry regulations and company policies.
  • Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices, system updates, and CRM utilization.
  • Act as the primary HubSpot administrator, troubleshooting issues and working with HubSpot support when necessary.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot features, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance CRM effectiveness.
Requirements

  

  • 3+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM, preferably in the mortgage, lending, or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of Non-QM mortgage lending, sales pipelines, and broker/borrower engagement.
  • Experience in CRM automation, email marketing, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in integrating HubSpot with third-party tools, APIs, and other software platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • HubSpot certifications in CRM, Marketing Hub, or Sales Hub (preferred).
