Job Summary:


We are seeking a talented, high energy and driven sales professional to play a critical role in helping to drive the success of

our vacation ownership offerings. The Sales Manager will be responsible for optimizing sales strategies, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring guests receive an unparalleled experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and execute a definitive sales strategy to meet and/or exceed departmental revenue goals consistently
  • Optimizing sales strategies, leading a dynamic team
  • Proven track record in leadership, communication and negotiating skills
  • High energy and outgoing personality
  • Efficiently manage the line schedule to maximize team performance and meet sales targets within a standard work week.
  • Goal Achievement: Drive the team to meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
  • Process Management: Oversee the T.O and VLO processes, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Guest and Owner Communication: Engage with guests and future members to enhance their experience and resolve any issues.
  • Keep open lines of communication with all relevant departments, ensuring a unified approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Occasionally step in to take presentations, maintaining a close connection with the guest experience and sales process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager
  • Sales experience in the vacation ownership or timeshare industry is a plus
  • Strong understanding of sales management, marketing principles, and customer service practices
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Commitment to a full-time 40-hour work week, with flexibility as needed to meet business demands
