Nycom is looking for a Specialties Estimator to join our team working in Midlothian, VA.

Job Summary: Specialties Estimator:

• Create a cost estimate for Division 10 specialty items for interior construction projects.
• Create a take-off from architectural plans and specifications.
• Interact with the sales team to create a complete project price.
• Communicate with material vendors for pricing and verify quality of coverage

Training Summary: Specialties Estimator:

• Some travel may be required during the initial training period.
• You will be trained on all applicable software and products.

Job Requirements: Specialties Estimator:

• 4 years of experience
• 4 year college degree
• General computer skills
• Dependable Work Ethic
• Attention to Detail
