Ophthalmic Medical Technician
Description

 Ophthalmic Medical Technician position requires utilization of clinical  knowledge to assist Ophthalmologists by performing eye related clinical  tasks such as: taking patient medical history, instructing patients  about medications, performing vision and diagnostic tests, assisting  with patient procedures, coordinating patient scheduling, and training  other ophthalmic personnel.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Respond promptly and accurately to written and oral correspondence regarding patient care. 
  • Maintain organization while managing a demanding workload. 
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless patient experiences. 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. 
  • One year of relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Willingness to travel between our three clinic locations.
