Systems Network Administrator Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated System/Network Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure and systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.


Systems Network Administrator Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.

- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.

- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.

- Collaborate with other IT team members to support various projects and initiatives.

- Document network configurations, procedures, and policies.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends


 Systems Network Administrator Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).

- Experience with firewalls, routers, and switches.

- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Systems Network Administrator Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Requirements

Systems Network Administrator Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


Systems Network Administrator Mathematical Skills

Ability to apply basic math concepts (add, subtract, multiply, and divide). Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.


Systems Network Administrator Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


Physical and Working Conditions

The job is performed in a manufacturing facility with exposure to large equipment, noise, and materials related to the printing process. The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
