Job Summary: This position works within a food manufacturing facility and is typically responsible for handling and packaging a variety of customer-specific items, assuring that the product meets Food Safety & quality standards.

Position Responsibilities:
- Works on a manufacturing assembly line
- Makes changes by hand or by running equipment as needed
- Does a rotation on all different areas within the packaging process that includes but is not limited to adding bags as needed to the automatic bagger, placing O2 inside packs, sealing of bags, double packing of sealed bags, packaging of bags into boxes, palletizing, erecting boxes,
- Making pre-batches, reworking of product, leak test of product, ensuring GMP, SQF & company policies are followed.
- Visually inspect the product to make sure it is meeting specifications. Any product that doesn’t meet standards needs to be set aside, and the Line lead should immediately be notified to correct the issue.
- Pre-stage and label all packaging material prior to entering the production floor.
- Log time and Lot# when opening packs of O2 as they are ready to be utilized.
- Follow GMP's Quality & Food Safety Programs as noted in the SQF Code and in the company's Food Safety and Quality Manual.
- Report all food safety and quality issues to the direct supervisor and Quality Department for corrective actions to ensure product compliance.
- Perform other duties as required.

- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Minimum 1 year in Food Manufacturing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-year previous production experience
- Flexible/Weekly changing schedule/weekends
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred

Schedule:
- 1st shift (6:00 am - 2:00 pm)
- 3rd shift (10:00 pm - 6:00 am)
- *Weekends are required
