Inside/Closing Management
Description

 A Jet's Pizza closing manager is primarily responsible for overseeing all store operations during the closing shift, ensuring all orders are completed accurately, maintaining proper cleanliness, managing staff, handling customer issues, closing out the day's sales, and making sure the store is properly secured before leaving for the night.

 

Requirements

 

  • Customer service: Addressing customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving complaints. 
  • Staff management: Assigning tasks to closing crew, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient workflow. 
  • Order accuracy: Checking all orders for correctness delivery or pickup. 
  • Financial operations: Completing nightly sales reports and handling cash transactions.
  • Cleaning and sanitation: Overseeing the thorough cleaning of the restaurant, including kitchen, back room, Lobby, bathrooms etc.
  • Closing procedures: Performing final tasks, securing the building, and setting up for the next day. 
  • Labor management: Monitoring labor costs and ensuring staff is utilized efficiently throughout the shift. 
  • Quality control: Maintaining food safety standards and ensuring food quality throughout the shift. 
  • Shift handover: Briefing the opening manager on any important information(i.e orders placed for the morning or issues that arose during the closing shift)
