CytoSorbents, a critical care leader specializing in blood purification to treat deadly conditions in critically ill and cardiac surgery patients, is seeking a Revenue Analyst Accountant to work in our Princeton, NJ office. This role is hybrid and requires a minimum of 3 days onsite. 

• Partner with the Sales and Operations departments to ensure the Company properly recognizes all revenue as part of the      financial statement closing.
• Prepare the company’s invoices to ensure timely billing.
• Set up new customers in the ERP system and provide customers with documentation or Portal Registration to retain us as a      vendor.
• Assist in the management of customer contracts and ensure adherence to same.
• Manage inter-company account reconciliations for foreign subsidiaries
• Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliation
• Assist in the management of the collections process for open receivables.
• Support internal & external auditors’ requests and independently resolve issues as they arise.
• Manage Grant Contracts Billing and reporting requirements
• Support R&D with Grant Budget worksheets for new Grants and extensions. Resolve budget questions from Grant agencies during contract negotiations

•   Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is required along with 2-3 years of experience. CPA preferred. 
•   Strong Excel Skills (pivot tables & vlookup).
•   Detail Oriented with Strong Written, Verbal, and      Communication Skills.
• Experience in Grants Accounting is a plus.
