We are seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our golf course maintenance team for the season. As a Seasonal Golf Course Maintenance Worker, you will assist in maintaining the overall appearance and playability of the course, ensuring a top-quality experience for golfers. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping landscapes well-groomed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow fairways, greens, roughs, and tee areas using various turf maintenance equipment
• Perform routine landscaping tasks, including trimming, edging, and weed control
• Rake and maintain bunkers, ensuring they are in optimal playing condition
• Assist in irrigation operations, including watering and minor repairs to sprinkler systems
• Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring proper operation and storage
• Assist with seasonal projects such as aeration, topdressing, and fertilization
• Collect and dispose of debris, leaves, and other waste around the course
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any course maintenance issues to supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the grounds crew

Job Type: Seasonal (Spring - Fall)

Hours: Typically early mornings to mid-afternoon, with flexibility based on course needs

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, based on experience

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be at least 16 years old (or meet legal working age requirements)
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenance is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
