CRCC is looking to add a full-time center-based BCBA to our growing ABA Program at our Omaha NW Center (88th & Blondo). The position requires flexible scheduling between the hours of 8am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. There will be some travel between the Omaha NW and the SW Center. You will have a small caseload size of clients. This position will provide support to staff, clients, and families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
· Provides initial and ongoing training and guidance to behavioral staff and clients;
· Provides direct supervision for development and implementation of behavioral assessments and treatment protocols for clients;
· Provides model teaching and other direct instructional supports including but not limited to practicum supervision/teaching, and in-service instruction to other support professionals;
· Develops and implements assessment tools to conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate to develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior;
· Develops behavior plans for clients with a focus on teaching and other antecedent strategies to reduce problematic behaviors;
· Supports administration needs including managing and supervising Behavioral Technicians;
· Communicates with teachers and aids to provide guidance related to the behavioral needs of clients;
· Supports client and classroom staff needs with data collection, analysis systems, graphing, preparing materials, and research activities for programs;
· Implements and monitors ongoing clinical and research activities in accordance with needs identified;
· Provides billing with necessary documents and is responsive to requests;
· Maintains all data, paperwork, and communication between staff and families to provide ongoing feedback including applicable reporting to regulatory agencies.

Knowledge and Abilities:
· Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related human services field;
· Successful completion of field work hours in the analysis of behavior and instructional strategies training related to working with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders, their caregivers, and when applicable, other agencies working with clients;
· Certified as a BCBA; minimum of three years experience required as a BCBA;
· Completion of 8-hour supervision training based on the Supervisor Training Curriculum Outline (2.0) before provision supervision;
· Maintains continuing education requirements for BCBA credential;
· Knowledge of trial-based programming and implementation;
· One year working with children or adolescents/adults with developmental disabilities in an education, instructional, or therapeutic setting;
· Ability to provide, assess, interpret, and communicate client-specific data (in response to treatment protocols);
· Ability to demonstrate professional behavior by adhering to departmental and organizational policies and procedures, and assuming authority appropriately;
· Must pursue education or training necessary to perform at the level of competence required to incorporate the hardware, software, technologies, and ideas relevant to specific job responsibilities;
· Must be able to demonstrate the delivery of services at a level of excellence;
· Demonstrated competence across all age groups due to the diversity of the children and families;
· Possess understanding, patience, and flexibility in dealing with clients, parents, and team members;
· Willing to increase knowledge in fields of endeavor;
· Able to read and understand written plans;
· Able to lift up to fifty pounds and practice 2 person lifting for clients over 50 pounds or when necessary;
· Able to meet conditions of employment regarding health status and clearance with the Nebraska Child Abuse/Neglect Central Registry and/or Adult Abuse/Neglect Registry, Nebraska State Patrol, criminal history check and fingerprinting.
