Balanced Body is seeking an experienced Return Material Authorization (RMA) Specialist to join our in-house sales team. The Return Material Authorization (RMA) specialist will work in partnership with the Sales and Technical Team. The focus of the role is to support clients with returns, to analyze return trends, product issues and repair/replacement requests. The RMA specialist will maintain accurate and detailed records along with strong organizational skills to be able to present data.
• Create replacement RMAs with 100% accuracy into CRM / NAV
• Ensure RMA information provided by customers is accurate and resolve any discrepancies
• Create and manage monthly open RMA report for items not returned by customers
• Resolve daily RMA return discrepancies with internal Sales Team / Sales Tech
• Work with accounting and Sales Tech in creating and closing all RMA’s
• Follow up with customers for outstanding RMAs aged greater than 20 days
• Report weekly metrics for RMAs created and returned
• Track and follow up RMAS customer do not return in a timely manner
• Documents and track Warranty Replacement RMAs returned for repair
• Ability to engage cross functionally with Sales, Sales Tech, and Accounting as it relates to special projects
• Assist in various service parts related projects related to improvements to RMA and asset recovery process
• Responsible for daily email follow-up pertaining to RMA status questions from both internal and external customers
• Demonstrates, advocates and reinforces a positive team environment, professionalism and a positive image of the company
Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• High attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner one on one as well as in a group.
• Ability to communicate and partner with sales and technical teams.
• Motivated self-starter with solid organizational skills, strong listening, verbal, and written skills.
• Ability to abstract information from multiple sources and input detailed, accurate information.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
• An exemplary work ethic, a “get it done” attitude and high personal accountability.
• Self-motivated critical thinker with the ability to work independently with minimal managerial oversight.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to maintain objectivity and lack bias in evaluations.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Nice, but not required, to have knowledge of Dynamics NAV & Dynamics CRM.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Hybrid in Sacramento - Tuesday on-site only. 4 days remote.
Salary: $20-$28 hourly
