Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. (30 minute unpaid lunch break).

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour. 

This position requires the candidate to work from our Walcott, IA office. Remote work not offered.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with applicants and hiring managers via phone, email, and text.
  • Manage the end-to-end job posting process, from creation and publishing to tracking and optimization.
  • Conduct thorough screening and recruitment efforts to attract the best candidates for various positions and locations.
  • Maintain accurate hiring records and manage pre-employment requirements.
  • Support and lead new hires through the recruitment and onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Effectively manage tasks and workflows using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Paylocity (ATS) and Outlook to stay organized and on track.
Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Superior organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adept at learning and adhering to established processes with precision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a strong ability to learn databases quickly
  • A passion for helping others and creating positive experiences.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience (preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person).
