Position Description
As a Group Event & Administrative Coordinator at Incredible Pizza Company (IPC), you will play a key role in event coordination, marketing, office administration, and operational support. This position involves building relationships with local schools and hotels, managing group event logistics, assisting with hiring, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
You will work closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Director of Group Experiences, handling group event processing, tax paperwork, inventory, cost control, and various office duties, while also supporting team operations as needed. This position also offers commission opportunities for sales and group bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Group Event & Community Engagement:
- Deliver rack cards and build partnerships with local hotel staff
- Organize and maintain marketing materials
- Contact and maintain relationships with local schools for group event outreach
- Event Coordination & Administration
- Manage Banquet Event Orders and game card organization
- Process tax paperwork for exempt groups
- Cash out group events and parties
- Assist in the hiring process for new employees
- Handle various office tasks, including cash management
- Operational Support
- Work positions as needed, including Cashier
- Assist with inventory management and cost control
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
