Description

This role is critical in driving LOUD’s brand success in the APAC region by supporting distributors in meeting sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging company resources for growth. The individual will contribute to sustained regional sales and market share growth by ensuring distribution partners participate in marketing initiatives, training, trade shows, and product launches. They will balance market opportunity, brand and product management objectives, and sales team support to maximize success.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: 

1. Sales Growth

  • Achieve sales targets assigned by LOUD Audio.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, integrators, consultants, and end-users.
  • Negotiate key business terms with partners.

2. Market Expansion

  • Develop partnerships with new channel partners and strengthen existing relationships to increase market penetration.
  • Lead efforts to expand into underrepresented markets within the APAC region.
  • Participate in relevant industry events and trade shows, including customer-sponsored events.

3. Strategic Development

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with corporate goals.
  • Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Provide market insights to product development and marketing teams.

4. Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to strengthen their knowledge of the company’s offerings.

5. Performance Monitoring

  • Analyze market and sales data to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and refine strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate KPIs, uncover opportunities, and drive growth initiatives with channel partners.
  • Monitor distributor performance across the APAC region, track competitive activity, and assess market share.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop strategies using available company resources, including training and marketing support.

Supervisory Responsibility: Manage APAC product specialist, who is responsible for conducting distributor and end-user sales and training events.

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Extensive knowledge of MI and pro audio products, applications, competitors, and customers across the MI, commercial, install, and live sound industries.
  • Strong ability to translate product knowledge into competitive positioning and clear marketing content.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the MI or Pro Audio industry in a B2B role.

Work Environment: This role operates in a field-based environment with extensive travel to customer sites, trade shows, and corporate events. Occasional work in a professional office setting may be required. Candidates must be comfortable working in customer-facing, technical, and hands-on roles.
