On The Green is hiring a Landscaping Laborer to join our team. Our ideal candidate takes pride in landscaping, enjoys working with their hands, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality outdoor transformations.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform landscaping tasks, including site prep, grading, planting, and installing sod, pavers, and mulch.
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment for landscaping tasks.
  • Ensure properties are left clean and well-maintained after each job.
  • Assist with other duties as needed—no two days are the same!
Requirements
  • Landscaping experience preferred but not required, along with experience operating and maintaining equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to perform all job functions safely and efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills for working with teammates and clients.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and able to lift 35-80 lbs regularly.
