Are you looking for a part-time opportunity to support faciity operations at a Christ-centered school in central Indiana? The Oaks Academy provides a rich, classical education to children of diverse racial and socioeconomic backgrounds, serving over 1100 students at three campuses in central Indianapolis.


The Operations Coordinator supports the administrative duties of the Director of Operations. She/he assists in organizing the daily operations of the school including managing maintenance and service requests and vendor relationships and scheduling. They manage the inventory of our physical assets and resources and work alongside the school administration team to manage the schedule of the buildings. 


Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in coordination of scheduling vendors for service/maintenance wor
  • Documenting maintenance costs in system
  • Assisting in dispatching work orders/requests to internal and external resources
  • Managing inventory of building supplies
  • Assisting in building and developing asset (equipment/furniture, etc.) inventory
  • Building scheduling
  • Billing/utility payment tracking processing
  • Transportation/vehicle coordination including scheduling and maintenance
