SUMMARY
Under Administrative direction, is responsible for assigned department’s business and strategic activities directs internal management systems, process improvements, and policy activities. Assists in budget development, data collection and reporting; directs administrative personnel functions, develops and implements new business initiatives; oversees department technology initiatives. Plans, directs, evaluates and controls activities within patient care delivery models. Analyzes financial and other data for effective decision making.
Required Education and Experience
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. 3-5 years Director-level experience of a Cancer Center/Program. Must be able to work collaboratively with physicians, administration, and staff at all levels. Minimum of five years supervisory/management experience of clinical care teams in an ambulatory setting. Excellent verbal and written communication; leadership and negotiation skills.
