Essential Job Functions

· Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising

· Manage marketing budget and approve expenditures for marketing department.

· Develop and supervise advertising and public relations programs. 

· Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns monthly and assesses against goals (ROL and KPIs).

· Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.

· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

· Advertising should establish a positive, professional company/image and create motivation to visit our communities. 

· Identify critical conversion and drop off points to optimize user funnels.

· Collaborate with agencies and media outlets. Negotiate advertising contracts. 

· Manage ordering and renewing of all community and offsite signs, update as needed. 

· Implement and uphold policies and procedures for marketing information. 

· Maintain and request updates on company website. 

· Evaluate emerging technologies.

· Recruit, train and manage Marketing Coordinator and/or Assistants. 

· Establish and maintain a referral program. 

· Maintain excellent model home, market home, and community appearance.

· Maintain current knowledge of community demographics, everything pertaining
 to area schools, shopping, parks, churches, etc. 

· Maintain constant awareness of all competitors’ prices, floor plans, special
discounts and promotions. 

· Develop and maintain a self-improvement program including continuing
education in management and marketing. 

· Attend and participate in weekly Leadership meetings.

· Facilitate bi-weekly Marketing meetings. 

· Support and promote Rolwes Company’s vision and core values. 

· Assist with other tasks and projects as directed by the Vice President.
