We’re looking for a TXM Technician who takes care in performing quality work and is interested in growing within the automotive field. If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on tasks, works well in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career, this role may be a strong starting point.  

In this role, you’ll handle essential maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic inspections. You may also assist in identifying potential issues to help keep our customers vehicles operating safely and smoothly.

Your Role as a TXM: 

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct multipoint inspections and report findings to Service Advisors.
• Ensure proper torque specifications and manufacturer guidelines are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in basic maintenance services such as battery testing and replacement, wiper blade installation, and bulb replacements.
• Properly use manufacturer diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and dealership procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining basic services when needed

• Previous experience as a TXM (Technician Express Maintenance) at a dealership is required.
• ASE Certifications are a PLUS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn and advance within the company.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no Type A      violations, such as DUI, reckless driving, or hit-and-run      offenses). A motor vehicle report (MVR) will be required upon hiring.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Must be able to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Tech-savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems, smart phones, and digital sales tools
