Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to club recipes and standards, ensuring high quality and consistency.
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
  • Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and presented beautifully.
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality food.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
Salary Description
$18-24 per hour, BOE
