Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to club recipes and standards, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and presented beautifully.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality food.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
Salary Description
$18-24 per hour, BOE
