Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with club policies and procedures.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the kitchen manager.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
