Aquatics Director:

Roseland Waterpark

The Aquatics Director is ultimately responsible for the planning, organization, instruction, supervision, and evaluation of aquatic activities and the first aid department.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with and enforce all policies, procedures and regulations set by the Director of Operations
• Present oneself in a professional manner at all times
• Review and amend the Aquatic Safety Plan
• Respond quickly to all emergency situations in the water or on surrounding areas and take a leading role to resolve them
• Acts as the conduit between Aquatic consultant and facility
• Attend all weekly meetings
• Monitors the First Aid station and evaluates
• Orders and updates lifeguard licenses
• Complete all records and reports as required
• Perform other support duties as required

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to relate to staff and patrons
• All training and certifications are provided
• Optional certifications include Ellis Instructor cert
