Description

Reports To: Chief Inspector / Accountable Manager


Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified FAA Repair Station Team Leader to oversee maintenance operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess an A&P License with Inspection Authorization and have extensive experience in repair station management and team leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining the FAA Repair Station in accordance with regulatory requirements.

- Manage aircraft paperwork and documentation processes.

- Complete or review incoming checklists for arriving aircraft.

- Review work orders, including Chapters 4 & 5, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) for installed damage, Pilot Operating Handbook (POH) revisions, weight and balance (W&B), actual cycles, and registration.

- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality and compliance.

- Oversee the completion of Return to Service paperwork.

- Ensure all closing paperwork checklists are completed, including updates on ADs, SBs, time limit sheets, and logbook entries.


Qualifications:

- A&P License with Inspection Authorization.

- Minimum of three years of experience in a Repair Station environment.

- Minimum of three years of experience in a team leadership role.

- Minimum of three years of experience as an Inspection Authorization (IA).

- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and compliance standards.
