We are looking for an Onsite Operations Coordinator to join our Onsite Operations Team. In this role, you will work closely to support clients and interpreters in delivering interpretation services across medical, educational, and other settings within the 7-County Greater Twin Cities area. This role’s responsibilities will include fostering client satisfaction, promoting interpreter engagement, and ensuring Propio maintains a profitable business model.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of interpreters, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and on time. Help assist in interpreter schedules and assignments to meet client needs when needed.
- Lead, train, and mentor interpreters, providing ongoing feedback and guidance to improve performance and skills. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy in all interpretation services. Monitor interpreter performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues regarding interpretation services. Ensure that client requirements are met, and expectations are exceeded.
- Assist in the onboarding of new interpreters, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and standards for the organization.
- Organize training sessions to keep interpreters updated on industry’s best practices, tools, and techniques. Ensure interpreters receive regular professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interpreter certifications, assignments, and any legal or regulatory requirements for interpreters. Ensure adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality agreements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance interpreter productivity, service quality, and overall operational efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent, relevant experience
- Experience in client services within a call center environment (preferred)
- Ability to be resourceful, take ownership, be motivated to exceed goals
- Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on need
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
