We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our main restaurant provides attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service while adhering to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. The successful candidate will collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to enhance sales revenues across various service areas, including Restaurants, Room Service, and Bar & Lounge to exceed budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in delivering exceptional service to guests.
- Assist in managing payroll and overhead costs effectively.
- Collaborate with F&B leadership to develop strategies for improving sales revenues.
- Monitor and evaluate service standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Dedicate sufficient time each workday to fulfill job responsibilities and ensure operational efficiency.
- Participate in training and development of staff to enhance service delivery.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
