What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you will become an expert in positioning our early learning/preschool/child care focused software-as-a-solution (SaaS) product to qualified and non-qualified prospects within the specified segment. The focus for this role is on the Smartcare solution. Our fantastic Marketing team generates qualified leads (MQLs) to help aid your prospecting and ensure pipeline success. You’ll research additional prospects and contacts, identify needs, establish rapport, and schedule additional discoveries. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work alongside the Director of Sales to qualify leads, schedule demos, and manage a pipeline to drive results. You will document customer contacts and discovery in Salesforce and SalesLoft while communicating with internal teams throughout the sales cycle.
Who you are:
• You have graduated high school. 2-4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 2+ years experience in prospect or client-facing roles. SaaS solutions and Child Care technology would be an added benefit.
• You are proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
· Experience working in Salesforce & Salesloft is preferred
• You have demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse group of people.
• You display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You can manage details and organize projects and contacts throughout the entire sales cycle.
• You can travel up to 5% of the time for periodic tradeshow exhibits at industry conferences.
• You have access to remote office space
