Graphic Designer & Content Creator (AKA Marketing Unicorn)
• Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
You will work directly with the Marketing Manager, collaborating with internal teams to bring creative projects to life while ensuring brand consistency, marketing effectiveness, and meeting tight deadlines.
This is an execution-first role – you will be creating, designing, and managing marketing content that supports our social media, branding, lead generation, and sales efforts.
What You will Be Doing:
· Designing graphics and marketing assets for digital and print campaigns.
· Creating and managing content for social media (posts, reels, infographics, carousels, GIFs).
· Building lead-generating ads and marketing materials for campaigns.
· (Bonus) Editing video content for social, web, and internal marketing.
· Using Asana (Project Management Software) to track tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate with the team.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Creation (50%)
· Design marketing materials – flyers, social media graphics, ads, presentations, email templates.
· Ensure brand consistency – from colors to fonts, your work aligns with our style.
· Assist in visual asset production across digital, email, and print channels.
· Manage and organize digital assets for easy access and future use.
Social Media Execution (25%)
· Manage content posting across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
· Implement content calendars & engagement strategies – everything is pre-planned and executed smoothly.
· Monitor audience engagement – reply to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
· Analyze & optimize content – track performance, adjust content based on insights, and improve engagement.
· Stay on top of trends – we want fresh, relevant, and engaging content that keeps our audience hooked.
Lead Generation & Paid Campaign Execution (15%)
· Set up and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
· Optimize targeting, creatives, and messaging for the best return on investment (ROI).
· Track and analyze campaign performance – adjust strategies based on what works.
· Provide reports & insights to improve future campaigns.
Video Editing & Brand Storytelling (10%) (Preferred, Not Required)
· Edit video content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
· Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short animations.
· Ensure videos align with brand messaging and aesthetics.
· Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus!
Project Management & Administrative Tasks (As Needed)
· Must use Asana (Project Management Software) to track, update, and complete tasks.
· Maintain marketing timelines and deliverables within Asana.
· Coordinate internal marketing initiatives (employee recognitions, internal announcements, gift ordering).
· Assist with event marketing logistics (trade show coordination, promo materials, vendor communication).
· Update and maintain website content (basic formatting and image updates).
· Assist with email marketing execution (HTML knowledge a plus!).
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
· 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, and social media management.
· Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Experience managing social media content and scheduling across multiple platforms.
· Ability to execute social media campaigns, track engagement, and analyze performance data.
· Basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
· Strong organizational skills – you can juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Extreme attention to detail – you notice everything.
Preferred:
· Bilingual (Spanish Preferred!)
· Basic video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus!)
· Basic knowledge of SEO best practices for content optimization.
· Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) for campaign execution.
· Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
· Proactive, self-starter mindset – you take initiative and get things done.
Travel
· Travel approximately 1–5 times per year for company events or trade shows.
