Position Responsibilities
A York Technical Recruiter is responsible for the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing and screening candidates, compensation negotiations and deployment of candidates. This is a Hybrid position with working remotely and going into our Brooklyn Park, MN office.
- Own the entire recruiting lifecycle, including identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, assessing skills, negotiating compensation, and deploying candidates.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies, adapting to market conditions as needed.
- Partner with Account Managers and Delivery Directors to collaborate with position requirements and priorities.
- Actively source qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, job boards, referrals, cold calling).
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, qualifications against job requirements, and selecting the most qualified.
- Coordinate with candidates to schedule next interviews.
- Negotiate compensation and provide benefit information to qualified applicants.
- Grow and manage extensive candidate pipeline through various resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with IT consultants to gain industry knowledge and obtain candidate referrals.
- Be active and resourceful in the marketplace, working with networking organizations, user groups and electronic events in order to be on the cutting edge of recruiting within the technology marketplace.
- 1-5 years of technology recruiting experience with Software Developers, PMOs and many more.
- Positive, high energy, competitive and self-motivated individual
- Excellent team and relationship development skills
- Strong organizational and follow through skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bullhorn ATS experience is a plus
