Description

North Homes Children & Family Services is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a School-Based Setting at White Bear Lake Elementary Schools. This role also involves interdisciplinary treatment planning, crisis intervention consultation, and the development of annual comprehensive evaluations.


As a Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee at North Homes, Inc., you will deliver mental health services to clients in a compassionate, ethical, and professional manner, in line with our policies and procedures. This position is subject to supervision, offering you valuable professional development and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients.
  • Collaborate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
  • Develop and conduct annual comprehensive evaluations.
  • Offer crisis intervention consultation when necessary.
  • Provide in-service training to staff and participate in agency-wide training programs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in medical records, following regulatory agency guidelines.

Requirements

A master’s degree in a mental health field from a regionally accredited institution of higher learning.


For Mental Health Professional, current Minnesota licensure in good standing in your discipline by the appropriate Minnesota licensing authority.


A solid grasp of, and commitment to, the ethical principles governing the professional practice of your discipline.

Salary Description
$63,000 to $70,000 per year
