Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with post-sales approvals, design concerns, and order processing.
  • Provide support to strategic partners, resellers, and their clients.
  • Handle escalated service issues and troubleshoot campaign challenges.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Manage tracking inquiries and assist with quality assurance.
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and educate customers on best practices.
Requirements

 

  • 2+ years of customer service or account management experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and related tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to customer support.
