75-$85 per regular visit! (30-60 minute visits at your discretion)
Start of Cares- $125-$140/visit
Re-evaluations (every 60 days)- $90-$110/visit
Full-time caseloads (25 visits+/week) can expect to earn $110,000/year or more

Responsibilities:
- Provide home-based therapy services to pediatric and adult patients
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Colorado
- CPR certification

JOB CONDITIONS
- The ability to drive and the ability to access consumers’ homes which may not be routinely wheelchair accessible are required.
- Hearing, eyesight and physical dexterity must be sufficient to perform a physical assessment of the consumer's condition and to perform consumer care.
- On occasion, may be required to bend, stoop, reach and move consumer weight up to 250 pounds; lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds.
- The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing in English is required
EQUIPMENT OPERATION
Speech therapy equipment and hand washing materials.
COMPANY INFORMATION
Has access to all consumer medical records which may be discussed with Nursing Supervisor, the Administrator, the Executive Director, and the Quality Assurance department staff and government agencies
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with a bachelor’s degree in the Field of Speech and Hearing Therapy preferred
- Preferably a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association
- Must be Licensed in Colorado
- Must have at least one year of institutional/home care experience
- Must have a criminal background check
- Must have current CPR certification
