We’re looking for a Lounge Manager to oversee daily operations, create unforgettable guest experiences, and drive sales and brand growth.

What You’ll Do

As the Lounge Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a high-volume lounge operation, ensuring exceptional service, team leadership, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Greeting and welcoming guests, creating a VIP experience.
• Managing reservations, VIP bookings, and table minimums.
• Driving sales by pre-booking tables and enhancing our guest database.
• Training, supervising, and developing the service team (servers, bussers, hosts).
• Ensuring excellence in food and beverage quality, service standards, and presentation.
• Coordinating with the marketing team to build the Bar Bambino brand.
• Managing POS systems, financial reporting, and cash handling.
• Monitoring inventory, budgeting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws.
• Organizing entertainment, music programming, and special events.
• Handling customer and staff concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of hospitality management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong guest service foundation with leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and build VIP clientele.
• Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and operational systems.
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
