Description
- Prepare patients surgery order forms and ensure accuracy.
- Run all surgery measurements to include IOL, Lenstar, Immersions & B-scans and input HicSoap and ORA calculations.
- Work with physician and management to establish a program to track and measure outcomes in cataract surgery patients to improve overall performance.
- Responsible for all same day or repeat measurements on patients.
- Document and confirm correct comanaging doctor is loaded in system and listed on any surgical documents.
- Scan all post-surgery documents in system.
- Review surgical chart for basic clerical/documentation errors/discrepancies.
- Organize and track surgical charts from initial scanning through completion.

Requirements
- At least two years of work experience in Ophthalmology field.
