Job Responsibilities and Duties:
· Set up and Breakdown the bar as scheduled, cleaning the bar area before and after the shift.
· Guest Facing attitude and service focused work ethic.
· Must be able to cocktail in low, intricate settings to high volume pace of service.
· Work well with others and coachability.
· Must be able to perform cash tender duties and be familiar with POS (Toast).
· Must be able to follow recipes and specs on craft cocktails, batches, syrups, and bartending etiquette.
· Reporting to bar lead/supervisor/beverage manager.
· Flexible work schedules
· On Call
· Weekend availability
· Must be 21 years of age.
· 3 year Bartending experience.
· Must have cocktail bar/ craft bar work experience (1 year)
· ABC license Certified.
· Reliable transportation.
· Can do attitude.
· Bartenders should own a bar kit.
· Willingness to learn and adapt
· Must be able to preform cocktail batches, juicing, complex cocktailing. Knowledge of basic arithmetic is required.
· Flexible schedule
· Must be able to /stand/work for 6 hours or more.
· Must be able to lift/ handle 30-50 lbs.
· Vast knowledge of spirits, wines, and beer is preferred.
