The EPIC Sr. B2B Marketing Operations Specialist we are looking for: 

Are you excited to build marketing attribution frameworks from the ground up and build a center of excellence for marketing operations? As our first Sr. B2B Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll architect our marketing operations infrastructure while establishing quality standards that elevate our campaigns to new heights. We're seeking a detail-obsessed marketing technologist who can balance strategic vision with flawless execution, turning marketing complexity into streamlined efficiency.


As a Sr. B2B Marketing Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Design and implement our marketing attribution system from scratch, connecting activities to business outcomes
  • Develop comprehensive QA policies for email campaigns and sequences within HubSpot and launch a HubSpot ticketing queue to manage email SLAs
  • Create automation workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks and free our marketing and sales teams to focus on high-value activities
  • Manage intricate project details with precision while maintaining visibility across multiple workstreams
  • Optimize our gift and content fulfillment processes through Sendoso
  • Create best practices for data governance (enrichment, validation and improving quality)
  • Continuously research and apply cutting-edge marketing operations best practices
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to scale marketing efficiencies that drive measurable business growth

  

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience with WordPress, HTML, and CSS with some experience with scripting as needed
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing operations experience
  • Extensive HubSpot expertise, particularly with automation workflows and email campaigns
  • Proven track record of implementing attribution models and marketing QA processes
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience establishing processes in growing organizations
  • SQL or API integration experience preferred

Salary Description
$100,000 -$120,000 - dependent on Experience
