We are currently seeking a Full-Time Brass Instrument Repair Technician to join our Repair team. Our Repair Shop plays a vital role in helping students, parents, and educators keep their instruments in top shape, and we’d love for you to be a part of our team! Our repair technicians use their expertise to help our local musicians get their beloved instruments back in good working order and to make sure every customer has a great experience when they take one of our instruments home. If you have experience in brass instrument repair, we’d love to speak with you!

You will be working at our Operations Center in Hanover, PA. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday with semi-flexible hours.

As a Brass Instrument Repair Technician, you will:

• Performing high-quality maintenance and repair service on brass instruments, including our rental fleet and customer/school-owned instruments of student to professional quality.
• Assist with loaner and rental return refurbishment and repair.
• Maintain company equipment in good condition and a clean workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience:

• Recent graduate from a band instrument repair program or at least 2 years of hands-on instrument repair experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an on-site bench test
• Basic proficiency in computer applications
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office a plus
