The Real Estate Sales Executive's primary responsibility is to sell luxury homes and homesites at WindRiver Lakefront & Golf Community. This position handles all aspects of the Real Estate Sales division for WindRiver Properties LLC.


WindRiver offers homesites and homes in our exceptional 700-acre residential resort on Tellico Lake. Buyers enjoy the region's finest amenities and lifestyle benefits, including WindRiver's Golf & Lake Club, gated entry, golf, dining, hospitality, sports club, pool, marina, natural parks and trails, special events, and more.


WindRiver offers lots and homesites ranging in price from the upper $200,000s to over $2 million. 

This position features uncapped earning potential with industry-leading commissions, a bonus structure, and an awards program.

The Real Estate Sales Executive reports directly to the WindRiver Executive Team.


Responsibilities:

For Buyers:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, conducting tours and converting leads into homeowners and club members.
  • Receive and follow up on leads provided by WindRiver's marketing team.
  • Conduct scheduled and walk-in tours of homes and homesites for prospective buyers.
  • Schedule and execute home showings.
  • Request and gather reviews from guests for each listing.
  • Proactively generate leads through individual outreach, including engaging with local businesses and the Knoxville brokerage community.

For Sellers:

  • Acquire property (home and land) listings, collaborating with sellers to prepare listings, provide feedback, schedule photography, and input MLS information.
  • Manage a select number of listings, serving as the main point of contact for sellers, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing updates.

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available WindRiver homes and homesites.
  • Retain accurate information on pricing for homes, homesites, HOA fees, and club memberships.
  • Develop innovative strategies to highlight WindRiver's amenities and properties, generating interest among prospective buyers.
  • Collaborate daily with the Real Estate and Marketing teams to obtain new leads and communicate with prospects.
  • Work with the Sales Admin team to organize closing dates for buyers.
  • Participate in WindRiver events and social gatherings to promote the community and engage with residents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience (preferred).
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience (required).
  • Tennessee Real Estate License (required) or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven success in selling luxury or high-end products and services, with a strong track record in sales and a competitive drive to succeed.
  • Availability to work in the WindRiver Sales Office, including assigned weekend shifts.
  • Flexibility to accommodate weekend, holiday, and evening responsibilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with WindRiver department managers and the Executive Team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to bend, stoop, climb stairs, twist, kneel, lift, climb, push, and pull items weighing up to 30lbs. Must be comfortable working in an office setting for 8+ hours a day.
