JOB SUMMARY:
The primary goal of the Member Services Associate (MSA) is to grow financial support to Bok Tower Gardens by assisting current members and inviting visitors to join. The MSA will provide high quality customer service and appreciation to members through in person interactions, phone conversations, emails, and postal mail.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Accurately enters and maintains contact information and other data in the member database.
· Responds to membership and registration questions from visitors, members, and donors in person, via telephone, and email.
· Collaborates with the Philanthropy & Membership and Visitor Engagement teams to meet revenue goals.
· Generates increased levels of support; achieves performance goals.
· Processes membership applications accurately and efficiently; prepares and mails member cards.
· Shares opportunities for participation in events and activities to current and potential members and donors.
· Conducts outreach activities such as telephone calls, emails, tours, and other stewardship activities.
· Provides essential administrative support when necessary for member, donor, and prospect interactions.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel; preference given for candidates with donor database or CRM experience.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience working in an office setting, managing customer relationships, and/or in a front-facing customer service role.
· Previous computer experience; database/CRM experience helpful.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Continual communication with staff, volunteers, visitors, and management
· Position includes weekends, holidays including occasional evening work related to membership to provide staff support for special events
· Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, crouching, or light lifting (up to 30 lbs.)
· Continual or Prolonged periods of time sitting and periodic walking through the Garden
· Ability to work outside in Florida weather year-round 4-6 hr. shifts or longer for special events
