Summary: 

We are seeking a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our team as an Audience Solutions Director. The candidate is responsible for developing and maintaining new and profitable revenue stream for Valpak.  Establishes and fosters working relationships with key decision makers while building on the strategic and execution strengths our products offer. Candidate should be tenacious, self-starter, and provide strategic.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The ideal candidate has experience at a digital agency and deep understanding of the value of their first party data asset in the media ecosystem.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, executive presence, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish relationships at the executive level and close. 
  • Identify sales prospects and work with leadership on prospect strategy.
  •  Passionate about digital media and media planning
  •  Create and deliver media insertion orders
  •  Define and execute account strategies with publishers, data companies, advertisers and agencies
  •  Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate, present, and close new business.
  •  Provide accurate revenue forecast projections monthly 
  •  Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required. 
Requirements

  

Education/Experience: 

Bachelor's Degree preferred; 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the Data, online media/advertising experience with a with a minimum of 5 years in second-line management (Lead of Leaders) roles. Demonstrated history and success of contracting and developing client relationships at the senior (Decision Maker) level or Agency level.

  •  Extensive knowledge of online advertising, media, affiliate marketing and online and mobile commerce 
  •  Ability to manage priorities, multiple initiatives, and deadlines and to operate with a sense of urgency 
  •  Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook 
  •  Strong analytical and logical thinking skills 
  •  Ability to work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  •  Multi-tasking capability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
