Responsibilities
· Assist in maintaining an on-brand aesthetic that aligns with market demands, neighborhood context, and programming objectives.
· Review and contribute to construction and design documents, providing project-specific recommendations and insights on architectural planning and design throughout all construction phases.
· Evaluate electrical, lighting, audiovisual, and technology plans for complex projects to ensure integration and functionality.
· Assist in the coordination of intricate construction projects, including quality control, project scheduling, and procurement of building materials.
· Participate in walkthroughs of common areas and residential spaces to assess design execution and adherence to plans.
· Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
· Demonstrate a strong understanding of project budgets, assisting the internal team with buyouts, National Accounts and value engineering decisions.
· Support value engineering efforts by identifying alternative materials, methods, and specifications to optimize costs without compromising quality.
· Assist in the sourcing and specification of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), collaborating with consultants to select products that align with project budgets and design intent.
· Review and interpret submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and construction documentation to facilitate seamless project execution.
· Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or construction management is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- 3+ years proven project management experience in construction industry.
Skills/Abilities:
- Computer skills: Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit preferred.
- Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and on a team.
· Have current knowledge of materials, finishes, furnishings, and equipment, including industry standards for selection, procurement, and installation management of such items.
· Have strong client, project management, and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.

Pay Range:
$52,500 – $69,200
