As a Job Builder for HVAC jobs, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and accurate creation of work orders. You will collaborate closely with Estimating, Sales, Technicians, and other team members to ensure that all necessary information is accurately captured and communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

· Data Entry: Accurately input customer information, project details, equipment specifications, and other relevant data into our job management system. 

· Work Order Creation: Prepare detailed work orders, including scope of work, materials required, and estimated labor hours. 

· Documentation: Maintain organized records of all job-related documents, including work orders, estimates, and change orders. 

· Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the job process. 

· Quality Control: Verify the accuracy and completeness of all job data to ensure high-quality work orders and estimates.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Experience with BOLT job management software (preferred).
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Strong customer service orientation.
