Client Relationship Manager - Digital Signage Solutions 

Location: Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Greenville, SC 

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic organization. 


Position Overview: As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with commercial and government clients and partners. You will identify opportunities, present our digital signage solutions, and close deals to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for technology. 


Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy to target commercial and government clients. 

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters 

Identify potential leads and conduct outreach through networking, cold

calling, and referrals.

Present digital signage solutions to clients, highlighting benefits tailored to

their needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and

repeat business.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new

offerings and industry trends.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and

annual forecasts

Attend events as required to promote company solutions

Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and

competitive landscape.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Sales, or a related field

(preferred).

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in technology

or digital signage.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of commercial and government procurement

processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace.

Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Ability to lift 75lbs

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Salary Description
$60,000 plus commission
