Job Summary
The Aftermarket, Warranty, and Sales Support at QuantumFlo will be responsible for assisting sales efforts, providing technical sales support, and managing aftermarket service operations for our booster pump systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in fluid dynamics, electromechanical systems, and controls technology, as well as strong sales acumen and customer relationship management. The individual will work closely with representatives, service technicians, contractors, distributors, wholesalers, and end-users to provide innovative and energy-efficient pumping solutions while ensuring a seamless aftermarket experience.
Primary Job Duties:
- Assist with strategies to drive sales, grow booster sales, and aftermarket products and services.
- Assist Director of Sales and National Sales Manager with presentations and discussions with engineering firms, facility managers, contractors, and distributors to promote the value proposition of calQflo® and our product offerings.
- Assist the National Sales Manager with marketing on an as-needed basis, working on items such as sales meetings, newsletters, training classes, sales spiffs, and other duties required.
- Develop and manage customer relationships throughout all phases of the sales cycle, ensuring technical requirements are met and solutions are optimized.
- Assist in responding to technical RFIs and RFPs for field issues with warranty and aftermarket to meet customer needs and applications
- Lead the preparation of detailed technical proposals, including replacement parts and service as needed.
- Provide technical expertise in fluid mechanics, pump performance optimization, motor controls, and iQFLO driven pump systems.
- Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to align customer needs with intelligent pumping technologies.
- Utilize computational tools, selection software, and energy efficiency models to assess applications and recommend the best-fit pump solutions.
- Support product application engineering, including system troubleshooting, performance validation, and real-world testing.
- Provide customer training and technical guidance on QuantumFlo products and best practices.
- Oversee aftermarket services, including spare parts, replacement pumps, and field service support for QuantumFlo’s installed base.
- Ensure rapid response to customer service inquiries regarding warranty claims, system diagnostics, and performance optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies for upselling service contracts, upgrades, and retrofit solutions.
- Work closely with inside sales representatives and field service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Enhance internal processes for quoting, order processing, and lead-time management.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and sourcing teams to ensure seamless project execution and product availability.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, KPIs, and forecasts for executive management review.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic Engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years in sales, applications engineering, and aftermarket service, preferably in the pump, HVAC, or water management industries.
- Knowledge of pumping systems, VFD-driven pump solutions, and energy-efficient water distribution.
- Experience working with pump system design and pressure-boosting applications.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, and order management in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with selection software and sales tools for technical applications.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
