The Financial & Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the preparation, review and presentation of monthly financial results, quarterly forecasts, and annual operating and strategic budgets (including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements).  The Financial & Supply Chain Analyst will play a key role in assisting the organization in achieving financial targets through collaboration and support at all levels. The Financial & Supply Chain Analyst will also provide financial support and analysis for capital equipment acquisitions, new product introductions, financing projects and other projects as directed by VP of Finance.


Job Duties and Responsibilities 

• Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability assessments.

• Analyze supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize inventory levels, and improve operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

• Identify and implement process automation solutions using AI and other digital tools to enhance productivity and reduce   

        manual effort.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and drive operational improvements.

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.

• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate key findings to stakeholders.

• Stay up to date with advancements in AI and automation technologies to continuously improve business processes.


Requirements

Required Skills and Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, supply chain management, or business process improvement.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Experience with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Python, RPA, machine learning models) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex and abstract challenges.

• Exceptional analytical aptitude, with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of information and extract key insights.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

• Self-motivated with an obsessive attention to detail and a relentless drive for continuous improvement.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality. 

• Ability to multi-task; strong project management skills.
