Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Prepare and review invoicing processes to ensure accurate billing for services rendered and products delivered.
- Analyze and report on commission structures, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in payments.
- Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and customer statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing insights into payroll, invoicing, and receivables.
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
- Supporting special projects and financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of [3] years of accounting experience, with a focus on payroll, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Strong Excel skills, particularly with V-lookups and Macros
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, especially in payroll and revenue recognition.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Computer Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools
