We handle a variety of residential electrical installations, including rewires, security systems, whole home lighting, and more. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality service, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring safety and compliance with local codes.

  • Competitive Pay: 10.5% commission on jobs sold by another individual and installed by self.
    • 20% commission on jobs sold by self and installed by self (including upsells to existing presold jobs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
  • Always provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage projects efficiently and profitably.
  • Maintain equipment and cleanness of company van.
  • Support team members knowledge for success in Electrical field.
  • Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
  • Provide detailed documentation throughout project duration.
  • Resolve project balances upon completion of services

  

Requirements
  • Journeyman Electrician experience required.
  • Active Washington (EL01, EL02) Electrician license.
  • You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
  • Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
  • Work to continuously grow your technical skills.
  • Valid Washington Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
  • Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
