Responsibilities:

• Guide vehicles through the car wash process.
• Pre-wash vehicles, including rinsing, spot cleaning, and applying pre-soaks as needed.
• Operate and monitor car wash equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Dry and vacuum vehicle interiors, paying attention to detail and customer preferences.
• Clean and maintain the car wash area, including equipment, bays, and customer areas.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately (if applicable).
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.  
• Basic understanding of car wash equipment and processes is a plus, but not required - we will train you!
• Reliable transportation.
